Holly Hill Children’s Hospital : Raleigh, NC.

Holly Hill Children’s Hospital is an 80 bed psychiatric hospital for children and adolescents located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The hospital is designed with a combination of our TEKNOFLOR© and TUF STUFHigh Performance Flooring resilient sheet products.

“These types of facilities are 24 hour use, so we knew the client needed a floor that would be durable without requiring a lot of maintenance.” said project designer, Jenna Santamaria from InDesign in Boca Raton, FL.

St. Mary’s Hospital, West Palm Beach, FL

With a creative use of both our TUF STUF™ and TEKNOFLOR© brands, this St. Mary’s Hospital received a design and performance makeover including playful footprints that were added to compliment the surroundings – inside the pediatrics wing of the hospital there is a dinosaur inside a large atrium on display.

10 Salon and Spa, Bloomington, IN

Modern luxury and serenity served as principals of design for 10 Salon & Spa in downtown Bloomington, so when Mr. Elliot Lewis of Cedarview Management crossed paths with our TUF STUFTM T3™ Luxury Vinyl Tile, he couldn’t help but fall for our “Pantheon” tile in its unique 18” x 36” size.

George Washington University Hospital, Washington, D.C.

George Washington University Hospital added a sixteen bed intensive care unit to the sixth floor of its main hospital in October, 2014. The designers chose to use a variety of our TUF STUFTM High Performance Flooring resilient sheet products, stating that infection control is always a focus of hospitals, especially in this type of unit, and a seamless floor helps address such concerns.

Our TUF STUFTM “Plank You Very Much”, “Fancy Free” and “Classic Cut” were used in combination to create a large sweeping floor pattern in the corridors to add interest and keep the unit from feeling too sterile. In addition, our “Classic Cut” and “Fancy Free” collections were used to create a pattern to help identify the infection control zone in each patient room.
